       研究方向

肿瘤疫苗作为肿瘤免疫治疗不容忽视的分支,它是通过表达特异性的、具有免疫原性的肿瘤抗原,在细胞因子、趋化因子等佐剂的辅助下,增强或激活机体自身抗肿瘤免疫反应,而达到杀伤、清除肿瘤的目的。基于前期研究工作,本人拟采用不同手性的聚乳酸作为免疫佐剂和运载工具,制备肿瘤疫苗用于癌症的预防以及治疗。具体是以不同手性聚乳酸以及STING激动剂引发聚合的聚乳酸作为免疫佐剂开发两类肿瘤疫苗。其中STING激动剂作为癌症免疫治疗的辅剂,可在增强适应性免疫作用的同时可有效激活免疫记忆细胞。通过对肿瘤疫苗预防和治疗效果的评价,优化聚乳酸的分子量以及肿瘤疫苗粒径等特性,进而开发出具有临床应用潜力的聚乳酸肿瘤疫苗。
